Every landlord needs, by law, an annual inspection on all gas appliances. We are qualified to service all appliances including fires, boilers, cookers and water heaters.

We test the gas at the property and will complete the gas certification with all appliances and issue it to yourself or managing agent at your tenants convenience. We will inform you of any defects if necessary, to give you peace of mind that your tenants are safe.

We can also install cookers and fires if required and won't carry out any additional work without prior permission. We can offer quotations over the phone for each property if you can inform us of the gas appliances within the property.
